ADDENDUM A - Muzika-P:

A1. Copyrights:

Muzika-P is not liable for any copyright infringement of the uploaded content by their customers. In case of copyright infringement Muzika-P will take down the titles involved and may even decide to close down the account without reimbursement of the subscription fee.

A2. EAN codes:

The user is responsible for valid and not usd EAN codes for their product registration. Use of invalid codes or already used codes may result in removing the title and a penalty fee of €100,00.

A3. Copyright holders, covers and consent:

Users will be responsible for the correctness of registration. In the case of a cover song younger than 70 years, the customer needs to hand over a proof of permission of the copyright owner. Any problems with copyright organisations, publishers or other legal authorities may result in removal of the title and the costs involved will be for the user.
