Although we only process a limited amount of data from our customers, we think it is very important that this is handled with care. Which data are processed by us?

Depending on which service you purchase from us, we process your data. If you register as a so-called free user of our services, this information will be limited to name, e-mail information and date of birth, and for minor participants, information from one of the parents / guardians.

However, if you go a step further and you start using one of our paid services, we will process more data.

Does Muzika-P process special data?

No, we will never process this and will never ask for it. We therefore request that you never provide this.

How long does Muzika-P keep your data?

We process your data as long as you continue to use our services. As soon as you indicate via our website that you wish to stop, we will remove your data from our database.

Does Muzika-P share your data with third parties?

Muzika-P shares your information with third parties if this is necessary for the performance of our services. Think of payment services such as Mollie, Paypal and other financial institutions or DSPs for streaming. When you start using them, they will ask you to accept their terms and conditions and they will also apply to their services.

Muzika-p uses tracking cookies and an analytical program to optimize the technical functioning of our website. On the other hand, through these cookies we can show you customized advertisements that may be of interest to you. Removal of content by Muzika-p.

If Muzika-p is of the opinion that the content placed on the site can cause damage to other users or third parties, we reserve the right to remove this content in whole or in part. We will inform you in advance when we proceed with the removal.

Hateful, racist or pornographic content will be removed without notice. Users guilty of this will be warned, blocked or deleted without entitlement to a refund of subscription fees.
