Team Epk

Login with your username and password or use Facebook, Twitter or Google to login.

• In the left menu go to "Team Crm" and click on "Epk".
• A drop-down menu will open and click on "Settings".

Enter the name of your band or team and set the epk to visible. You can also upload your own background.

Make sure you send your "Epk" safely.

Security is very simple. In the menu "Team Crm" "Epk" "Settings" you can switch the security on or off. If security is off or if you have not set a PIN code, visitors can see and download everything.

If the security is on and you have set a pin code, the users will not see a download link or an mp3 section until they have entered the correct pin code at the top of the bar. So, super simple.

Now proceed to "Header and Logo". Here you can upload the header for your Epk (1000x200 pixels). You can also upload your logo here (600x200 pixels).

Now we move on to setting up your entire "Discography". As you can see from the image below you can enter the title, the year the album was released, the record label that released it, what media and the artwork.

After the full discography has been filled in, we proceed to "Press Photos". The image below shows that you can upload team / band photos, logos and more so that they are accessible to the press and reviewers, among others. This is only possible if you have given permission via the settings.

After uploading the correct press photos, we go to "Logos". Uploading logos works basically the same as uploading press photos. Select the correct logo and upload it.

After the press photos and logos, we go to upload mp3 files for your epk.

Pay attention! If you put mp3 files in an EPK, anyone with the link can download these files. New review versions can therefore come into circulation earlier. If you dont want this, consider adding a digital watermark.

Now we move on to "Youtube Videos". It is important that you only paste the last 11 characters of the video in the box. Just enter the title of the video and you're done.

Now we are at "Reviews". You can place all reviews that you have received in your epk right here.

Finally we arrived at "Bands In Town".

As you can see in the image above you can integrate your "Bands In Town" agenda for your "Team epk" here. In "Bands In Town" you can determine the look and feel of the agenda yourself via the team / band / artist management module.

Go to Team Crm, Epk and then click on Bands In Town.

Now that your full team / band epk has been entered, you can view the result by going to "Settings" in the drop-down menu of "Team Crm" and then "Epk".
