Conditions for free subscription:
It is allowed to create an account for personal use. To use the extra services you need to take out a subscription. You are not allowed to publish material with hateful, racist or discriminatory content. The moderators of Muzika-P can decide to close the account in case of violation of the regulations. If you cancel a paid subscription, you will automatically receive the free subscription again. Your data from the paid subscription will be deleted after 2 weeks. Any streaming will be terminated after 4 weeks. You may also receive an invitation to create an account because you are part of a band that uses Muzika-P. This is free. If you also want to use paid functions personally, you can opt-in for a paid account.
The procedure and conditions for paid subscriptions:
- The customer will pay 0.01 cents to check his / her bank details and agrees with these conditions.
- After approval, the first installment will be debited within a few working days. The choice is per month, per quarter or per year. If you pay by credit card, the first installment will be debited immediately.
- The customer will ensure that there is sufficient balance in his / her account.
- The customer can cancel or change the subscription at any time via the administration module or the helpdesk.
- The subscription runs for an indefinite period.
Successful collection:
When a collection is successful, you will automatically receive a message from us with your invoice.
Not able to collect:
If the customer does not have sufficient balance or for any other reason it is not possible to perform the collection, the following procedure will be followed:
Your account will be temporarily limited. You will receive an email with a new payment link. For the second and subsequent failed direct debits, additional costs of € 7.50 will be charged. After payment your account will be available again immediately.
Cancellations:
You can cancel at any time. To do this, click on the link in the administration menu. There are two types of cancellations:
Normal termination:
Here you indicate that you no longer wish to use our services. The procedure is as follows:
- You click on the link and indicate that you want to cancel.
- Your account will remain active until the last day of your subscription.
- After the subscription period, all streaming titles will be deleted after 14 days. Until then, you can still remember without losing your data.
- After the 14-day grace period, all streaming titles will be deleted as well as all data that you could keep track of in the paid versions. Pay attention! Removing streaming depends on the streaming platform and can take a few days to weeks.
- You can continue to use all free functionalities.
Acute termination:
Here you indicate that all your data will be deleted immediately.
The procedure is as follows:
- You click on the link to stop immediately. We ask you to confirm this via an SMS or email code.
- Your subscription will be terminated immediately and the data stored with the paid functions will be deleted immediately. Your streaming titles will be deleted (the time for this can vary per platform from a few days to weeks).
- You are not entitled to a refund of the subscription fee.
- You will continue to have access to the free functions of Muzika-P.
Refunds:
Self-refund:
If the customer refunds an amount within 8 weeks via his / her bank, the following procedure will be followed:
- Your account will be temporarily limited.
- Your subscription will be canceled.
- You will be given the option via a link to take out a new subscription. We do charge € 45.00 cancellation costs.
- If no payment follows, the account will be returned to the free version and all streaming titles will be removed.
- Muzika-P is entitled, in the event of no payment received or not restarting the subscription, to settle the open costs with income from the streaming or to collect this through legal channels.
If you disagree with something or if something went wrong, please contact our helpdesk. We will certainly work it out together. Reversing amounts only results in costs and a lot of hassle. We therefore recommend that you contact us. Together we achieve a good end result.
Cancellation due to change of bank or balance shortage:
If you have switched to another bank, please notify us via the portal. You can adjust this yourself. It is also possible that you did not have enough credit.
We proceed as follows:
- You will receive an email from us with a new payment link.
- If you pay this on time, there is nothing wrong. If
- we do not receive payment, your contract will be restored to the free version. You can access your data again when you take out a new subscription.For
- the second and subsequent failed direct debits, we charge € 7.50 as standard costs.If
- no payment is received at all or no new subscription has been taken out, after 30 days your data will be removed from the paid modules and your streaming titles will be removed (the time for this can vary per platform from a few days to weeks).
- If there are still outstanding amounts, these will be settled with any income from the streaming.
Disputes:
Disputes will always try to be resolved amicably. So if you have any concerns, we ask you to contact us via the Customer Service Desk. We will work it out together. In case of escalation, disputes will be settled according to Dutch law at a court in the Netherlands.
